Placing Orders

• You must provide a valid shipping address where someone is available to receive the package during business hours. We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
• Taxes and shipping costs are estimated at time of purchase and may be adjusted when your order is processed.
• Promotional codes have specific expiration dates and restrictions. Only one code may be used per order.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities on certain products. Inventory is not reserved until an order is accepted.

Delivery Policy

• We only ship finished consumer goods within the domestic United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses.
• Custom light bars must be picked up directly from our warehouse. We will contact you when your custom build is complete.

Returns & Refunds

• Because our products are custom-built, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully when ordering.
• Test lights right away once installed to ensure proper functioning. Returns will not be allowed based on installation issues or fitment problems.
• If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away so we can determine if a replacement is needed.
• Refunds for damaged/defective items will be processed once the product is returned to us for inspection.
• We will reimburse standard shipping fees if an error was made on our end, such as sending the wrong item.

• Our automotive lighting products are designed for off-road use only. They are not street legal and should never be used on public roads.
• You assume full responsibility for complying with all vehicle safety and lighting regulations that apply in your area.
